This Privacy Policy describes how PureLure, operated by MARKORYX COMMERCE LLC ("PureLure," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase on purelure.shop (the "Site"), or when you communicate with us in any other way (together, the "Services").

"You" and "your" refer to anyone who accesses the Site or uses the Services, whether a customer, a site visitor, or any other person whose information we process. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Site or the Services.

  • Communications: messages you send us by email, through the contact form, or about returns and support.
  • Marketing preferences: your email address and consent status, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location based on your IP address, pages viewed, referring website, and how you interact with the Site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Reviews: if you submit a product review, your name or initials, the review text, and any photos you choose to share.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, such as health information, government ID numbers, or precise geolocation.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

  • Directly from you: when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to emails, submit a review, or contact us.
  • Automatically: through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you use the Site.
  • From service providers: for example, payment status from our payment processor and delivery updates from shipping carriers.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

  • E-commerce platform: Shopify Inc., which hosts our store and processes store data.
  • Payment processors: such as Shopify Payments and any other payment method shown at checkout, to process your payment.
  • Fulfillment partners and shipping carriers: our order-fulfillment supplier (located in China) and international shipping carriers, which receive your name, shipping address, phone number, and order contents to prepare and deliver your package.
  • Apps and service providers: such as our product-review app, email service, and customer-support tools, which process data on our behalf.
  • Advertising and analytics partners: such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, if we use their pixels or tags on the Site (see Section 5).
  • Legal and business reasons: when required by law or legal process, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing device and usage information with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state privacy laws (see Section 7).

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working (for example, your shopping cart), to remember your preferences, to understand how the Site is used, and to show you relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the Site may not work properly without them. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" where required by law.

  • Opt out of marketing emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
  • Appeal: if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

To exercise these rights, email support@purelure.shop. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process your information in other countries, including Canada (e-commerce platform) and China (order fulfillment). Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your state. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in these countries.

10. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as social media platforms and carrier tracking pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their privacy policies.
