Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to all orders placed on purelure.shop.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations. If your address is outside our shipping area, you will not be able to complete checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays). Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner from its international warehouse. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days after the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or holidays. If we expect your order to be significantly delayed, we will notify you by email and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States. The final shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. You can follow your package on our Track My Order page.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@purelure.shop, before your order ships.
