We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices displayed on our website are accurate. Because of differences in screen settings, the actual appearance of products may vary slightly.

PureLure products are designed for cosmetic skincare purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual results may vary.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.

PureLure reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock availability, or any other legitimate reason. If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

5. Payment

We accept secure payments through the payment methods displayed at checkout, including major credit and debit cards. Your payment information is processed securely by our payment providers. PureLure does not store your complete payment details.

6. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are displayed on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the same card or payment method used for the original purchase.

Customers are encouraged to review the full Refund Policy before placing an order.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@purelure.shop with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be eligible for a return under our Refund Policy.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Refund Policy.

This does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse;
  • improper handling;
  • unauthorized modifications;
  • accidental damage;
  • normal wear and tear.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureLure shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the processing of your information for the purpose of fulfilling your purchase.

13. Changes to these Terms

PureLure reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions of Sale at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page and do not apply to orders already confirmed.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your state of residence.
